yes that is what a mml is for. helps driveshaft angle without the loss of belly clearance, but neither should be necessary for just a budget boost. the mml really only comes into play if you want to install a hi-clearance skid plate. since it would raise the tranny/t-case you'd want to use a mml to level it back out and help rear driveshaft angle
i just did a budget boost on an lj rubicon last week. the guy ordered it from rubicon express. it had the bumpstop drops. well i think the guy lost one of the boxes because he only had the rear bumpstop relocators but we made dew with 2" body lift pucks.
