This trip spun off of the Fall Rides and camping thread. I'm already at the Campground and expecting Marky B to arrive with his rig this evening.

I haven't done much these past couple years, so this will be a real treat.

We both wanted to check this Army COE Campground out. Exploring new places, and all that. I wish there were more MS mudders along.

This place is maintained like a resort. Super clean.
It sits right along the Tombigbee River on highway 84.

Salmon Patties in the camper:
One can of Red Salmon from the battery compartment.
An ounce of determination
1 egg
1/2 cup of Pretzel Rods tossed into a ZipLock and pulverized with Channel Lock pliers.

Mix in a bowl.
Use 2 more ziplock bags as gloves to form the patties.
Fry on low heat with coconut oil. (I always have coconut oil in the camper because it doesn't spoil.)

Fry until they seem done.
I put one on bread with some cheese. Mayo would've been nice, but oh well.

Follow me for more cabinet-scraper recipes.

Campgrounds along the river are the best!  You should check out the one on MS River in Vidalia, LA (just across from Natchez), it is awaesome for kicking back & watching barges!
