Are these speaker wire colors standard?
Can I match existing install wires color for color and it work?

So, it looks like they spliced into the original harness(JBL), to hook up the second radio (Kicker)

Yes, those colors in the first post are super common. May not match oem colors, but if there was a working aftermarket radio in there already, it should match that color for color.

If you didn't live so dang far away, we could get together and repin those Molex connectors and make it look factory.

You’re looking at the backside of the helm inside the center console.
The wiring is a mess in there.

This little radio cost me $60 and is a stopgap measure. If I get 2 years out of it I’ll be satisfied.

My plan is to do a full electronics update on the boat in 2-3 years.

I need to do the whole install on my boat, yet. The dash is made for the old 2-post mount, but you just cannot find them anymore. I'm going to have to carve it out for a single DIN unit.

Wires matched up, I have one speaker not working.
I’ll diagnose it later.

We're old enough that one speaker is enough. Lol
