I installed some Wal-Mart light pods on my bumper thought all was well simple install came with harness and relay. Was out the other night just to see how they did and when I turn them on I get lots of static in my am,fm,and cb radio's. What would cause this please help

That is actually very typical of that type of light. I've had some luck with clip-on magnets that go over the power wire. A Google search should turn up something. I bought mine from eBay.
I believe the high-end expensive lights have that noise suppression built-in.

I had to put a large capacitor inline with my CB to take out engine noise. I got a big one from WalMart’s auto sound area like for running larger amps for subwoofers. It may not help your application but it took 98% of the noise away. Think of it like a large tank on a air compressor.
