Looked into the Circuit Judge a little more today. The 45 colt really ain't that good compared to other old rounds. Rossi does make a 44 mag version but it's limited to that round. They also started making a lever action 45/410 version to slide under somevarious restrictions for a few countries. It's poising it's cool points but I still want one.

Now, if they did it in a 45-70/410 or maybe 357/38...

A cut down version of this is what Clyde used to fight off the G-Men. A beast of a homemade assualt rifle.

Nah... like this: http://www.browning.com/products/catalog...ype_id=001

One of the prettiest guns currently made in my opinion. pictures don't do it justice.

Thinking about this guy: http://www.academy.com/webapp/wcs/stores...4294954561

It looks like it'd be a beast in some thick woods and should have some moderate range in the open. Probably spit fire 5' or so, too. I looked at a few other 308s, but this short heavy barrel caught my eye the most. Most all of the guns I've looked at/handled lately are composite stocks. I'm not a fan of the tacticool stocks and much prefer wood. But there was this and a Weatherby that had a stock made of a hard rubbery material that didn't sound hollow when thumped.

Or this: http://www.academy.com/webapp/wcs/stores...08&Ntk=All

And this H&R: http://www.academy.com/webapp/wcs/stores...un&Ntk=All
This shotty has Made in China on the side of it. Huh From the outside it looks like a copy of an 870, but weighs twice as much.

Howas are very good guns. The gun tech at gander (who has been in gun sales for 21 years) said that those are the absolute best for the money gun out there. Also the weatherby probably felt very similar because Howa is also a major parts manufacturer and provides the majority of the parts to weatherby.

When I was working for gander, we sold a ton of the pardner guns simply because of the price. Never had any of them come back with problems or anything, so I would think if you could get over the weight it would be a pretty good gun.

I've been considering this gun: http://www.gandermountain.com/modperl/pr...&from=grid

I like that it is 9mm and it is very small and concealable but I can still fit all fingers on the grip unlike most 380s. Plus it's a taurus so there is a lifetime warranty that comes along with it.

We have a few. This is the tribute to John Browning. Everyone was wondering why I was in a camo army M1009 at the last Easy Ride...This is the answer.
