I wonder who did that chop... I'd like to see it in a removable hardtop. You can see where the chopper forgot to fix the background when they shortened the X. Check out the line in the background above the door.

More obvious to me, is the detail around the removable top just above the rear tail light and the rear wiper on a plastic rear window. But, he still did a good job.

I would say yours has a LSD, but I don't think all 1st gen Frontys do.

When I was a kid I used to get dealer brochures and car ads with side views. Then I would fold them to make funny looking short cars out of them. The VW Bug could be made nearly doorless. It was hilarious at the time.
