Without trimming, of course? What did you do with the droop limiting bolts that attach to the axle, just remove them?

yep till i source up what size to replace them with

also had to remove the torsion/sway bar in front still have the stock rear
for now front sway bar should be a easy mod then it goes back in

not a bad approach angle for being on 30's much taller ill have to fold the windshield to get it in the garage misses the door by 2 inches right now

Post pics showing what you come up with for the torsion bar. Do you think it will be necessary? Have you driven without it?

And for the limit bolt. Will the extra lift cause angle problems for a lengthened bolt? Would a nylon strap work better?

My 66 getting a little lift
my 67 had no torsion bars what so ever and drove great

butt i would like to have it on this one & angle is not a problem bolt hovers
just above hole now remember i re drilled my rear hanger mount.s to absorb the off angle and drive shaft gap so it pretty much sits and works in stock range and still is at plus 1 in forward over stock its a geometry thing
and i guessed!!! and got it right Sneaky2

i do have a pro- comp strap if i see a need for it ill go that way
as i do want full droop front and rear im also looking at my 69 tub
as its been trimmed and if i run it i could easily run 35's
as it is going to be a desert Dog 35's would be sweet with the axles im planning on running need to pick up a set of yota shackles for the rear
or a set of revolvers havent decided yet the front's will be custom
and ill be sure to get a extra set fabbed up for spares

Whats up John? I saw the pics on RMPO looking good. What are you gonna do for gears if you run 35's? You still planning on D44s? I have got 10 days of leave dedicated to painting the HULK late this summer. I need to recover the seats too, but I can probably do that over a long weekend.

well i would like a set of 5.33 gears for it eventually it all depends on how my
crawler gear 's in the original box turn out i just need to get back after it
and finish it butt transfer gears are pricey when they are custom
butt if its done right ill have .75 over drive in 1,2,3 high and a 60.1 low side 1,2,3 hoping for more butt i can only go so big or so small on main gears and keep the stock box
