Well less just say I met this guy this past Saturday on the trail. Of coarse we talked about jeeps, he said my dad has something in the back of the shop collecting dust you may want. I blew him off thinking heck I can not afford that right now. Well we hooked up this afternoon and I drove a little over 10 miles from my house to go check it out. Lets just say I could not get in the back of the truck fast enough. Please do not report me for stealing again, but if the Ghost bought it you can bet it was a deal.

Yes you are looking at a poison spyder customs cage, that has been power coated too. Lets just say the power coat job would cost as much as I paid for the cage. Lucky?

PS: never mind the dust it will be waxed before long. hahahaha Cheese1

ya buddy

here are some specs:

Poison Spyder Jeep Full Cage comes disassembled. Kit components are constructed from 1.75" .125 wall DOM, all plates and gussets are 3/16" laser plate. Parts are cut and coped and ready for assembly.
• Kit's cage feet fit directly into factory cage mounts and locations. Feet locating holes are slotted to easily fit OEM tub variations. Factory hardware must be re-used.
• Add Signature Gussets to your Full Cage for added rigidity and style.
• For those Jeepers that run harnesses for restraints, a rear harness bar is provided. However if utilizing factory seat belts, an additional sleeve kit must be installed into cage. Kit allows full use of factory retractable seat belts.
• Poison Spyders unique mounting pillar does not intrude into the interior of dash, allowing for full use of air conditioning, stereo and window crank. Solid strength is achieved through mounting points at the windshield, dashboard, door jam and the floor.

Thanks Murph.

Does anyone know what the cage use to cost new? Just wondering.
thats awesome
yea i have one of there old catalogs. if I 'm not mistaken, and I may be, but you may need to add a gusset to the front. There were some reports on pirate of the cage failing before they started adding the correct gussets. This may have it I couldn't tell from the picture but look into it.
unwelded of course

Poison Spyder Full Cage Kit TJ Price: $825.83

the sport cage was like 350 - it was the one that ties into your stock cage but comes with the dash brackets and some tube
