It looks welded but it wasn’t. It actually countered the lack of hat channel in the driver side of the tub.

Tub needs some work. Picked up a D30 but it appears to be WT so I’m going to have to shorten it or use different offset wheels.

Wow. That one's a little thin on few spots.

RE: 3B Project
I forgot there was a build thread here. This seems relevant.

RE: 3B Project
Got my Hi-Lift mounted and welded on the rearview mirror. I should've used some pins for quick removal but didn't think of it until afterward. Did a quick mockup of the Nissan calipers. The current brackets are very close to fitting but they are about an inch or so too short. The caliper would rub the outside of the rotor and I'd have to drill out the mounting ears on the bracket to make them fit anyhow.

Here is the fuel tank

I did it the right way this go around.

steering column mount/support. I have it bolted through the dash but I could also mount it without going through the tub if I wanted to. The two pieces bent and bolted to the column used to be the exhaust hanger on my 42 GPW. The dash used to flex when I turned the wheel without the engine running. :worry: I cut a piece of 2x3 tubing in half and put the pieces around the cage where the engine bay runners come through and bolt to the cage for passenger protection. I still have to make gussets for them. Hopefully, I will never find out if they work or not.

RE: 3B Project
The last "welds" my MM35 made before puking yesterday. I have to get a carbide burr and sandpaper rolls to clean this up and go back over it.

Replacement for the old MM35. I figured I'd give the Hazard Fraud a try. The Titanium lineup is noticeable cheaper than the Vulcan so that's how I ended up with this one. So far it's welded 1/4" with no issue and it's 5x "smoother" than my old unit but I have a feeling it won't run for 30 or so years like the Miller either.

I got the EEbrakes wired up and they work.

Added a diagonal bar. Should be ready to pull the cage after I mount the rear shocks.
