Your links seem to be unrelated to the project.

RE: 3B Project
They are unrelated to my build but I thought they were worth sharing. No harm, No foul

I went and got some springs today. Very long story short I had to make two trips to the junkyard and I noticed two springs were bent on the "Renegade yj" so I pulled two others off a red yj.

The haul: three 4-5 leaf spring packs and one 6 leaf. I guess I'll pull a leaf from the 6 pack. I got a steering shaft from the red yj for free. $100 well spent I hope.

Also I have some cage dimensions. I’ll find and post up what I have.

front hoop is 47" high from the floor, it kicks back at a 20.2° angle, and is 44 1/2" wide

rear hoop is a factory CJ hoop with the angle bases and rear bars removed. The height from the floor is 43 1/2" and is 54 1/2" wide

RE: 3B Project
24x24 1/4 and I got a foot of 2x3x1/4

I'll extend the frame in the rear (roughly 3-6") and hopefully the plate is enough to build the front spring hangers. I'll cut a piece of 2x3 in half and attempt to use it for the rear spring hangers.

I tacked in the crossmember and I'm in the planning stages of where I want everything; more specifically where the axle will sit. That's why the rope and nails are hanging off the frame.
Shackles are 6" with 1/2" tolerance for error. I feel like I'll be making the shackles again.
