It's finally time to repaint the FM. Same color and flames, just smooth and fresh.
I'm starting this thread to track my progress.

Picked up a few things at Harbor Freight. I already have a paint gun, but it's ancient, and well worn. Bought a DA sander as well.

Well, this goes to the back burner while I rebuild my transmission.
The up side is that I will come out the other side with a heavy duty 4L60E.
I still might get a chance to work on the body file I wait for trans parts to arrive.
