In the end it's all Hack
This was a 305 truck and my buddy put a well broken in 350 in it. The important wiring is still there but everything else is history.

That's how my Nissan was getting while it was still Nissan-powered. That junk has a way of creeping up on you.

To solve my A/C evaporator problems I ordered a new evaporator with O-ring fittings. It's good insurance if nothing else. Last Saturday I got the exhaust run out the back from where I had it turned down. Much more quiet now.

Took the unit apart. I counted 23 Phillips head screws. The core seemed to be in good shape visually.

I used a 3/4 and 7/8 to remove the expansion valve. Also getting a new one as well.
