Neat idea but don't need 7 gallons. 7 gallons of canadian mist and I would be in a coma. Cant you attach a shot glass dispenser close by.

Another view of the sillcock. It used to have a threaded end, but I stubbed it off with a saw.

Maybe do that and clip it up under the bed rail to keep it clean.

I have been doing that for a couple of years now with a 7 gallon Reliance jerry can:

*It is dificult to rope it in unless there is other stuff packed tightly around it.
*To use it you have to get the heavy thing untied and moved to the tailgate.
*The plastic spigot went bad from being in the sun all the time.
*The can developed a leak from getting pounded in the back of the bed.
*It takes up valuable real estate in the bed.
*It gets hot sitting in the sun.

Wasnt there a video of you bouncing the water jug out of the back of your truck one time? Maybe on one of the laurel DVDs.

How 'bout something tying the two straps together under the bottom? To keep them from spreading and spitting the can out the bottom.
