Good idea. That would keep the bare metal away from the vulnerable material.

Yea that is a great idea, heck when I first saw it the first thought through my head was, man I could make that fast and easy on the CNC. So if you don't start making them I will let me know!

yes, you could make them much quicker than I. You know I had to use a table saw, saber saw, and file to get mine fabbed.
