MudKat's New Project ('48 Willys)
SmileI traded for a 1948 Willys CJ-2A, that I'm going to rebuild. Here are some pics of the jeep the way I got it. Laughing1I now have it stripped down to the frame.
LaughingNow I'm down to nothing but parts, so I'm sanding the frame and rebuilding bad parts.
Smile 8/15/09: Well, I've got the axles, wheels, and transfer case/tranny back on the frame. It's coming along pretty good so far.

Keep the pics coming! Can't wait to see the finished product.
Just stand on the skinny pedal 'til somethin' good happens.

hmmm, I know its a jeep thing, but how's it work with the engine behind the seats not connected to the tranny.

CoolthumbDown to the frame.
I'm not going back to the original CJ-2A, I'm going to modify it for off-roading to a point anyway.
