My latest and greatest upgrades

A while back i found a York 210 R a/c pump off of a 76 Ford pick up for my OBA compressor, and a Saginaw steering pump from a 90's model E-150 with a FI 302. The bracket is the same so I pulled them off at the same time. Here is some of my build.

Since the hoses from the pump to the existing steering box didn't match, I had to modify the pump a little for it to accept the old C2 power steering pump hi pressure outlet screw type thingy

Here you the diff between the two outlet valves, the one on the left is from the saginaw pump and the other is the POS motorcraft.

Just checking to see if there is going to be any changes in belt spacing

Everything looks good there so time to get started on the compressor here it is a York 210R. The only difference between the 210R and 210L is the suction side is on the left for the L, and the right side for the R. You can mount these pumps at 90* or 180* on it's suction side.

Here is the mount that I fabbed up. It ain't nothing fancy but it will hold.

All that's left to do now plumb it and get some power to it but it's all lined up nicely with no vibrations



Oh yea I also purchased a new clutch for the compressor from a heavy vehicle repair shop since i didn't want to use a double pulley v-belt system

Next on the list is a snorkel I'll be putting that together this weekend I'll keep y'all posted.
