Hunt for the popping |

I’ve been on the hunt for a popping sound the past few months and I need some other brains on it. The sounds typically happens when accelerating and turning from a stop. But Is not limited to that and doesn’t happen every time. Sounds to be coming from the front. Can’t replicate the sound with the truck on stands. Here’s what I’ve checked and/or replaced so far.
Brand new steering rack, bushings, inner and outer tie rods.
New upper control arms and uniballs.
Cv axles appear in good health with no boot damage.
Lower ball joints are tight with no play.
Front diff fluid looks good.
Trans fluid looks good and has no slipping or binding.
U joints move freely and have fresh grease except one that was a touch stiff and was replaced.
I know there’s something I’ve got to be overlooking at this point.
Any ideas?
