Please say a prayer for Kris's little girl. She is undergoing heart surgery as I write this. All is going well so far, from what I can tell from his messages. Let's lift her and her parents in prayer.

Update from Kris:
She is out of surgery, and reportedly did good. She is stable and everything went as planned, however, her chest is still open due to swelling.

Let's keep praying for her to make an full recovery.

hey guys thanks for the prayers she is doing very well and recovering as well as they could expect they are suppose to close her chest up in the A.M. around 8 then they will start droping the pressure on the vent and let her start breathing a little on her own and they will slowly let her start waking up after that ill try to post up a little more often when she gets in a room they want let us use the computer in PICU but we are thankful for the prayers and lucky to know a group of people like yaw

How is your boy doing through all of this? Is he aware of what is going on?

no he doesnt understand yet he keeps asking about her but he cant come in and see her he misses her just doesnt know whats going on to be worried so its just a normal most of the day with him
