Full Version: Whats Grillin at MonkeyTown

Tried something new today. Cooked MonkeyTown burgers for the wife and I, YUM YUM! Well the grill was perect so I couldn't pass up the chance to throw something else on it. I looked through the fridge and found a nice roast. I seasoned it with coarse ground salt, pepper, steak dust, and finely chopped garlic . I put it on at approx. 7:00 p.m., and plan on pulling it off in about and hour. I have kept the grill between 300 and 350 degrees, adding more charcoal every hour, to keep the constant temp and smoke flavor going. I may try this for a ride one day.

Only tried a pinch off it, but it was pretty darn good if you ask me. Know what is for super tonight. I bet it will make excellent sandwhiches also.
Mmmmm. Sandwiches. With horseradish sauce. Yummy
