Most of us have this site 'bookmarked' or saved to 'Favorites'.
My question is what page do you see when you first open the site?
I like the portal because I can see at a glance what is new since my last visit. From there I keep clicking View New Posts.
When I post a now thread, I use the Index.
I also check the Indes once in a while to check out all the stuff I missed or saved for later. That is what the blue arrows are for.
The first thing I see is my jeep on the front page. I like it.
i use the portal page also i like your jeep also
I have the portal saved on my favorites bar...I use the site very similarly to you, Res, except I don't leave anything ot read later. I am somewhat OCD, so I have to real all the new posts before I logoff.
I can read some later because I know others, like you, are reading them all. Thanks to the forum team, I have the freedom to work with software, analytics and to plan trail rides.

I see the Portal, but only the title bar and part of the shoutbox due to screen size. I have to scroll down to see the rest.
That's alll I see as well. I don't have a wide screen. Yet.
at work it goes strait to the forums page didnt know what the portal page was till we got a new computer at home
