There is nothing like spring time at a zoo. I guess Japanese zoo lions are just like US zoo lions.

Green, glad you got to go. Hate we didn't get to meet up when we went to Lake Hakone. It was overcast that day, so we weren't able to see Fuji. My only view of Fuji was from the Shinkansen, and it was in October on a hazy day with no snow. Not very picture worthy.

I hope to get a chance to return one day.

yea we are going to head back to climb it. If ya get a walking stick at each way point they'll put a notch in it. So we're all about that. The best time to see Fuji is bright and early before the haze sets in.. There's more pics on my facebook
