At this point we don't know what caused it, the Rodeo has been sitting for going on 3 months now. I immediately yahoo'd Kim to call my uncle to see what the deal was. It's got him scratching his head, he's a mechanic at Chevrolet on I-55, but he said he'll install the new set that im getting for free. I talked to Independent4x and the owner is sending me another set probably today with a UPS slip to send the others back. It also had him shocked, this is the first set he's seen do this.

Had a small leak in my transmission cooler lines, uncle fixed that and serviced my diff.

Beautiful ARB Wub

I have heard of other cases of torsion bars breaking without abuse. They are usually caused by a nick or rust pit that causes a stress riser.
That's what im hearing. Glad no one was driving it when it happened. My uncle said he walked in his shop and saw the driver's side leaning.

Im sure he thought to himself, "brandon's not going to like this", lol.
So if a torsion bar breaks and there is no one there to hear it, does it make a sound? P

Yes; it sounds EXACTLY like a tree that falls in the forest when no one is there to hear it. I can't believe you didn't know that. Smile
