The cover and gears are for any D44. My axle is a D44 but Isuzu modified it which means standard ring and pinion won't go in without a special install kit. The company i got it from specializes in Isuzu, and they did all the leg work to make regular gears fit into the 98+ Rodeo/Amigo.
