Thanks to all for the input. Still confused as all get out about what to do. LOL Good ideas and much appreciated. Gotta break the front diff down before much serious wheelin or an attack on the Mississippi Hole due to badly leaky seals. Would love to Lincoln the thing cause it's cheap but don't wanna give up the tight turns for some or our trails. jeepchipjones can ya tell me more about the hydro assist or where to get info??????

just google hydro assist and you will find all kinds of reviews, installs, and products. the first kits that come to mind are Rock Ram and Redneck Ram, but you can do it all yourself if you know what to get and what to do.
