Not without through-bolting. No clearance for that. I just need to pick up some short bolts or cut down the ones I have. What you are seeing are long bolts with large nuts and washers as spacers. They are only for mock-up.
I plan to see if I can buy some "rock washers" from Skid Row once I have them all in place and I know exactly what hardware I need.
Carriage bolts may work on the slip bracket at the rear, though.

It already has.
Res that looks good, should work great. I had some dealings with a similar product years a go. I have seen pictures of skids using similar material and I think its fabtech that sells similar product. I have been thinking about a light gauge metal and somthing like what you used far the heep.
