Well I made it into Austria today. So far I've seen a Defender 90 and countless Audi's and BMW's. They use Mercedes for taxis. I'll be sure to get some pics and post up along the way. I'll be here in Vienna for 6 days, then I'm taking a train to one of the nearby countries (I forgot which one) for a few days, and then back to Vienna. Total time here will be 2 weeks.

enjoy europe, every place I went to I took 1000s of pics, wife said I over did it.

I went to get supper a few min ago and saw a Navara while walking around. For those who don't know, its the overseas equivalent to my truck. I'm pretty sure it had a turbo-diesel too... I'm jealous.

You never stated the reason for the trip. I still can't believe you would pass up the Trace Ride for Austria.

I haven't gotten many pics yet, due to 7 hr. time change and jet lag... but I managed to snap a few pics from the window of the hotel. Theres a mix of really high end cars and very tiny econo-cars and motorcycles. I actually saw an Audi R8 earlier, for those of you who know what they are. I'll be sure to update the thread w/ pics as I get them, but for now I'm going to bed.

OK.... I tried for a while to upload some pics but it doesn't want to let me upload anywhere using the hotels connection. I'll try again later and see what I can do.

The people are def. different here. The guys walk around either w/ a full tuxedo/ suit coat or w/ tight shorts and no shirt. The girls are either really dressed up or really tacky lookin. I guess they don't have much of a middle class here.

Did I ask you if you were married....LOL....
