I had almost stipped out the splines on my out put shaft in my steering box. I was going to swap it out for GM box but...........I'll leave it at that. I looked at almost every place on the web about techs and companies that have new or reman boxes but nothing that i was looking for. Can anybody help?
with tires as big as yours you really need to have hydro assist if you plan on turning when the tires are in a bind. although i'm not sure how well that would work on a ttb. let m,e do a lil searching.

the only other things i really saw besides swapping in a gm/saginaw box. was that the ford steering pumps are pretty much junk and don't flow worth a crap. and that swapping in a saginaw power steering pump makes alot of difference. i'm goin to bed now but if i think about it tomorrow afternoon i'll try and search some more.
Hydro assist can be done on a TTB I will try and look it up we just had a move on my other forum so it might be awhile before i can find it.

It should be in the broncoii store.
buy a chevy they have all kinds of steering parts available.
Or buy a sammy and build your own dang parts. Cuz you cant get them anywhere else
