Start checking ground cable connections. Unbolt the cable ends, clean them and reinstall them nice and tight.

Check your ground braid from the engine to the body. If that is weak, it can cause problems.
Could it be the CPU messing up or something there is on thing on the back of the alternator that has 4 bolts there all tight and wires seem to be ok not split or flared and on the is the power wire that plugs in to a port it seems to be ok not sure but all grounds seem to be fine. Anything else I got to get this fixed its so aggravating it's not even funny I am always trying to make my rig better and seems like everytime I do something good for it something else messes up.
ok guys sorry for keeping this post going so long but this is aggravating think I might have finally figured my problem. MY power wire coming from the alternator when u stretch it out without kinks and crank the jeep there is no alernator problems when u start wiggling the wire while it's running it's starts messing up so I think the wire is frayed and messed will be replacing soon hope it's fixes it but wanted to thank everybody for the input it really helped Thanks guys.
