here are some more pics of one of the trucks me and a friend have been working on. last weekend we narrowed and shortened the bed and the cab has been moved back 18in.

Running methanol or race gas? Better groove them boggers, too.

the boggers are already cut. i don't see how grooving would help any on a mud racer

the really serious guys groove them to where they look like paddle tires. I've even seen some remove the intermediate lugs altogether and cut the carcass down so thin they have to run tubes.

its a dirt drag truck! and were running alcohol in a mean 360 and yes were gonna groove them and cut down between the treads but not to the point it gets thin!

have you read the rule book about cut tires?

gary with po boys toys runns cut boggers doug ran them two years ago in pro-et and this year in 4.60. white lightning runs them, grounds for divorce, both the jenkins truck ran them in pro-et! there are others i just cant think of the names!
