yup!! i must say 85 jimmy didnt have nothing to do with where the strap went he pulled me out and there is no blame on him or no one really. he is a very good buddy of mine and we work together.. how ever a third party (no names will be stated) who was our spotter on the situation well he could have said sompthing.. he could have said sompthing when it happened or before i left his house.. either way he knew before i did.. but either way my stupid fault and you live and learn, was gonna have chris fix it but after talking to him he said it was gonna cost more than i was wanting to spend so i found a frame today that was worth the money.. its $250 and i might be able to talk the guy in to getting the bumpers with the frame (which i dont have) and a few other things which is a plus. and also siense i got the whole thing pulled apart i will be able to do things that i would just put off for a long time or be to lazy to do.. such as put por15 paint on the frame (very good paint so i hear) and make the frame some what stronger while i have the frame bare.. its not as big of a deal as i thought it would be but its money that i got to spend which sets you back as everyone here im sure can relate. YES I DID TRADE A 94 GMC YUKON... SOME SAY THAT IT WAS A BAD TRADE AND ITS STUPID ON MY PART BUT I LOVE THE TRADE THE YUKON HAD IFS AND I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE MORE COST EFFECTIVE TO JUST TRADE WITH SOMPTHING THAT HAD A SOLID FRONT AXLE.. EITHER WAY I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THE TRUCK AND HAVE NO REGRETS. the frame that i found is from a 75 chevy k10, i looked at it its in good shape a little surface rust but in good shape.. from what i hear i can take a 73-80 frame and i will be ok even tho the truck i have is a gmc k15 (same stuff different name). the truck that also has the frame has other things that i can use which will be bought later down the road. but its late and im a little drunk (lol) but i got a solution the problem gonna be fixed and i hope you guys enjoyed the pictures.. thanks chris and redneck23 for all your help appreciate it. and if any of yall got anything good ideas for the new frame (or rig) im all ears.
