So I finally get my lockers & get them installed (thx kyle). Me & mudslinger83 decide to go test 'em out a bit on some dirt piles behind the shop. The difference is unbelievable & I'm tickled!! Coolthumb

Then Kyle wants to drive & I figure, why not. He's capable & works his butt off for me above & beyond what's req'd. What the heck. Less than 60 seconds later I'm standing behind my Jeep looking at what's left of my bumper & wondering what the crap just happened. Wallbash To his credit, we (he) had it patched together & back on the Yeep within an hour. I'm now in the market for a new rear bumper if anybody's got something they wanna move. Laughing1

Lockers are the shiznit!!!
Check the For Sale forum. I believe B3 concepts has something.
White Rhino fab and B3 Concepts are both capable of building exactly what you want/need at a great price.

Cool. Thanks, res!
Yeah I broke it. But it was cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never seen a bumper that thin and made out of aluminum.
Strange...I thought that the custom bumpers were not suppose to break. Maybe just bend when you hit a tree (Pete), but not break.

good move going with the lockers bud.. you will see a huge difference when you hit the trails again. what kind of bumper you looking for? matching front/rear/and sliders is my recomendation. example: http://www.mississippi-mud.com/forums/sh...php?t=3797

Yeah, well... the "custom" part came after the break. Got any connections with a real custom bumper builder type person? Smile1

You nailed it! I've never seen such sloppy weak construction. I'm glad I figgered it out now though, instead of when some soccer mom in a Tahoe on a cell phone rear ends me & totals the whole back half!

We're going to the off-road park in Fulton Saturday to put 'er to the test (http://www.barnyardmudboggers.com). That's a GREAT looking bumper on the Scrambler. I really like the look of the Smittybilt SRC, which I think is what spoiledrotten has on his.
