Steve seeks bumper, Take 3......

So, Chris...Can you do something similar to the Smittybilt SRC? If so, what price would I be looking at for one to fit an '04 Wrangler?
Is this what your talking about?

If we're on the same page, I'm in. When can you do it & how do I pay you? No huge rush. My existing bumper is patched back together. Do you ship or should I pick it up at your place? Does that price include finishing or no? I think I want it Rhino'd or Line-X'd or some similar crinkle-type finish. Also, I'll be mounting a couple aux backup lights on it. Are light tabs included or extra? The only thing I don't like about the Smittybilt is that it sticks out a little far. Can we tuck it back an inch or two closer to the body?

I think I'm out of questions for now....
