I can't tell what your wheels look like from the avatar. But if you just want the toolbox dulled up some, take a scotch pad (green) and some WD40. Spray it down and start rubbing (in a straight pattern, not all over crazy like). It gives it a good satin look that will hide alot of imperfections and won't water spot like a polished one will.

Duraline it. Sand the wheels and do them too. Very pressure washer friendly and easy to touchup.
well I have gotten 4 coats of self ectching primer on it now. When it dries i will spray the black, will post pic later.

you can get zinc primer from napa in spray cans its a martin senior paint product you just got to shake it alot to get the zinc unstuck from the bottom
