just other people in general, other peoples children are the unrulely ones running through the store that you want to slap the living sh*t out of along with the parents.
this child probably was thrown from the veh. when it hit a bump, what kind of parent lets a child ride in the bed of a truck and doesnt drive responsibly?
were they actually 4 wheeling? it states the family was driving through... or am i reading this wrong and the base allows people to cruise through?
they were most likely driving through the dirt road section, I dont think its possible to get from one side to the other on paved roads because of the runways

I remember doing it & it was lots of fun. However it was slowly on backroads & there were strict rules about sitting on the bed floor, away from the tailgate, & not getting up.
