went and looked at it today and it wasnt near as bad as i thought, wasnt collapsed like i thought it would be. the 2 bottom coils were touching. the coil cradle on th bottom has a groove it for the end of the coil to rest in a certain spot. well, it wasnt in that spot and began screwing itself towards the ground which caused him to lose a few inches. almost 2 coils had spun around under the cradle, weird.

So, in other words, it was not screwed up after all; it was screwed down. Interesting.....
