Full Version: Tar carrier!

picked this up from Zuks off-road. Myron is a great guy to deal with.

this one is made to work with zuks offroad's trackkick rear bumper, so i had to "modify" it to work. we placed a piece of angle on the top of my bumper, and welded and bolted the carrier rest to the bumper and angle iron. then, we welded and bolted the hinge mount to the bumper on the other end. it seems pretty stable. worst case, i will have to add a gusset to the angle iron on the latch. it seems really secure and supports me, so i think it is good.

once i get the extra funds, i plan on buying myrons rear bumper to replace this one, but it gets me by for now!

after i got home, i pulled it all back apart to paint it.

But I'm planning on re-tarring that one and gettin a new one. Laughing
