Trust me, I will have some action shots from Moab. Im leaving to go on April 1st.
Alittle update.

DO YOU EVER REALLY GET DONE WITH YOU TRAIL RIG PROJECTS????? LOL

Since I went to Moab, and found out that my front drive shaft is too short, Ive been in the market for a new to me one. I got to talking to my buddy that has been doing all of the work on the jeep, and he suggested that I use a shaft for a pto out of a tractor. And he just happened to have on that will work. We just have to cut it down to size. So I should have that back next week. He is also repairing the old one for me to keep as a spare.

Also, I dont know the benafits of it, but I just got a new to me set of axles for my jeep. I have been wanting to go to a full width 1 ton axle, but can not afford them. So I ended up finding a full width HP Dana 44 front, and Ford 9" rear. Luckily I have a Dana 44 front and Ford 9" rear already under my jeep, they just arent full width. So I think my gears and spool from my rear axle should fit with no probs. And the front, well I already had to buy a new ring and pinion for it, so I will just order one for an HP axle. Im hoping to have it all done next week sometime, and should be back off road again. Like I said, I dont know the benifits of the full width, I just think it looks much cooler. LOL

Oh, I almost forgot. Hopefully I will be working on an exocage and roof rack, that will be tied into the front and rear bumpers, and the sliders, in the next month. I cant wait.
Full width keeps the body panels farther from the rocks. Smile

...and keeps the tires in the fenders (not inside the fenders).
