Alright, you gurus. I need your help.
1995 Toyota Camry
2.2L 4 cyl. Fuel injected.

It has to crank several seconds to start.
When you rev it, it hesitates.
When you put it in gear, it hesitates worse. It chokes, knocks, then stalls.
You can drive it if you take it easy. When you come to a stop, it stalls.

So far, I have replaced the cap/rotor, manifold oxy sensor, and blew out the fuel filter (backflush) using the fuel in the filter and compressed air.
The parts stores were closed, or I would have just replace it.

I cannot find any vacuum lines off.
I cannot see any connectors off.
The intake ducts are sealed [no visible leaks].

I'm stumped on this. What would you check next? Confused1
sounds like a fuel delivery issue. check fuel pressure at the rail. whats the air filter look like?
Air filter is really clean.
I don't have a pressure gauge that will go high enough. Any other indicators?
Sounds like what my burb was doing when the fuel pump went out. Everytime I stopped, it would die, and it had lots of hesitation probs. Thats when you helped me change the pump.
I am no mechanic but I say your number one problem is its a yota not a Nissan...Laughing1.. Other than that I dunnno what to tell ya Res
I am leaning toward fuel delivery, but I wonder what, specifically, to check. I googled it, but am getting nowhere.

I will probably try a new fuel filter tomorrow, but I guess I need to check the fuel pressure. I don't even know what it should be.
I would replace the fuel filter. I've never had much success cleaning "disposable" filters.

Just for jollies I'd check the plugs. Probably not the cause, but they might can tell you more about state of the engine. Also, they could be damaged by the knocking and running lean.
catalytic converter?
Maybe your problem can be answered here....

I was thinking this, too, but figured you had already considered that.
