Now that I have help at the shop I have new tube fender designs I will be rolling out. I will get some better pictures but here is an idea of what they look like. Give me your honest opinions.

looks good. are you going to weld the seam on the outside or leave the edge like it is?
I think it looks clean like it is, as long as it is a smooth edge. I suggest making the inlay on the side smaller so that its surface is flush with the tube's tangent. It appears that that is how the top inlay is, and it looks intentional, and is not likely to snag on anything.
i agree res
I edited my previous post.
Its a smooth edge but, I will leave that to the customer to do. I like to weld them on the back so you don't see any weld then use Lab Metal if they want a smooth finish.
When can I pick my set up?Cheese1
Actually the skin isn't inlaid so it is in line with the tangent of the tube. It would take and unbelievable amount of time to get each piece exactly right for something like that. Now if I sell a lot and can buy a robot to weld them, then I'll do that =)
DIY kits are ready to ship =)
I like those a lot. As a favor to help you get greater exposure, I volunteer to test a TJ set for you. Just send them to me, I won't even charge you anything for installing them. You'd only pay paint cost. What a deal!!
