It's official now. We will be having a swap meet.
The location will be at the old Best Buy parking lot on Hwy 49 and the corner of Deadeaux Rd. It is a great location for anyone traveling off I-10 or Coming down Hwy 49. This parking lot has plenty of room for those of you bringing trailors. It also shares property with an Advanced autoparts, Cici's pizza buffet, Subway, Walgreens and an Ice cream shop. I will try to get the exact address for those of you using your GPS's.
The date for this will be August 1st from 8am till everyone decides to leave. Please pass this info on to the other forums and boards.
THIS IS NOT A JEEP ONLY SWAP MEET!!!!!!! heck half our jeeps are more chevy ford dodge or what ever else we can weld on them. Come one come all. Bring parts and bring money!

It sounds like a great location for a swap meet. I hope the weather cooperates.

More along the lines of a fleamarket; only everyone gets a chance to sell something if they want to.

Or "swap" wares if they have no money. Anything goes, and bargains are made everywhere. Lotta trading goes on, even though most start out just wanting to make some cash. It's pretty fun.

It's a shame the two are on the same day, in the same area. Maybe we can hit the Swap meet early, then go to Stennis at 10:30. Yeah, that could work.
It will be getting hot by then, anyway.

I agree. Someone should set one up in the Brandon vicinity. Maybe at a fab shop. Know of anyone who could set that up?

Didn't Gov't Mule mention organizing one at the NG Armory in Brandon one time? That would be a great location, and could be a multi-club meet.
