Any body had any problems with chevy transfer cases? My '04 z71 started making a clicking noise awhile back at low speeds, now at higher RPMs it's an awful screeching sound. I took it to the transmission shop thinking it was my transmission making the noise and he said it was the T-case, and that the late model GM/Chevy vehicles are bad about doing this. No one will rebuild the durn thing so I'm going to have to buy a junkyard one I guess. And hope that 10k miles later it don't do the same crap. And reality I don't see what could be the problem, 12k miles ago fluid was changed and completely serviced, and I NEVER rough house my truck. I can count on one hand how many times it's been in 4wd. BTW it only does it in 2^, put it in 4^ and it don't do it. GRRRRRRRRR CHEVY SUCKS! :ninjastar:GM
