I sold my
1999 F-150 v8 Lariat 4x4 (285k miles) and bought a
2003 F-250 v10 XLT 4x4 (140k miles) with a 12" Skyjacker Lift Kit and 44" wheels/tires... just waiting to get it transported from Tifton GA to Hickory Flat MS via uShip.com just wondering if yall thought that was a good upgrade considering the miles and options and all.

Looks like the swampers are a little bald...so expect to spend $1500 on tires soon. Nice truck, though. I like the V10's.
i wouldnt have a v-10, just my opinion, but it looks nice
The truck arrived today at 8 am cst, check it out:

sharp, what tires you buyin?
It has a 12" Skyjacker Liftkit and the tires are 19.5/44-16.5 LT TSL Bogger Super Swampers... they rub the leaf springs on 1/2 turn. I would like to keep the 44" height but have them less wide... any suggestions?
check out a mickey thompson mtz
I bought a cheap set of 37" Military Hummer tires/wheels from the local tire shop, compared them next to the 44s and a 35... will be running the 37s until I can find some 44s that are not as wide.
If the width of the tire was cut down would height also be lost?
I'm trying to keep the height but cutdown on the tire width.
I'm pretty sure those are gonna look goofy on the truck lol But its a nice truck none of the less. I bet its a gas hog, Would be even better with a powerstroke in it.
