Just so people know, we had one of our Mississippi reps vote Yes for this bill.

Just above the Republican/Democrat break down of the vote numbers, click on the "vote totals" section "by state".
Bennie Thompson voted yes.

I have already sent my contact e-mail to him. I doubt it will do any good at all since it will most likely be deleted long before he ever has even the smallest chance to hear about it. But I will share it with you all.
My e-mail:
It disgusts me to see an elected representative that does not vote the way the people he is supposed to represent wants him to vote. I am extremely disappointed to see the way you voted on the health reform bill. It is NOT supported by the majority of people in Mississippi and we have all been VERY vocal about our lack of support. I am disgusted that you decided to go with your own agenda and against those that elected you in hopes of fair representation. It is supposed to be a Government of the People, By The People, For The People. Not for the single person that was elected to vote in the voter's preference. I will be sure to share your choice of voting with all my friends state wide and we will be sure to spread your choice of going against the majority of Mississippian's choice so you can further your own agenda.
Sincerely disappointed,
WiLieR (I used my real name, but I don't post it on the interwebs)
Will he ever see it? Probably not, but you never know who will. They might say "hey...uh...you ticked off a bunch of people with that vote." My hope would be he would recognize his ignorance and educate himself on how much this bill will hurt the vast majority of people.
Edit Note: Just in case someone doesn't know, Bennie Thompson is the Congressional Rep for MS Dis 2.
