Full Version: Ever put a rear window in a Dodge?

I finally had enough free time to work on the window over the past few days. I stripped it down to bare glass, tinted everything all the way to the edges, took about 30 minutes to assemble it back into a rear glass and my wife helped me slide it in last night about 11pm.

It is just like mentioned above by many, a simple lip seal pulled to the inside holds it in place. It took me about 5 minutes to remove it by myself, two days to tint it (most of that time was waiting on the tint to set completely before sliding the metal edging over it and such), about 20 minutes to put it back together and 10 minutes to slip it back into the Dakota.

All in all, it was nowhere near as hard as I expected it to be. Thanks for the tips everyone! Just hope it doesn't leak, but I got a tube of silicone just in case.
