This isn't grilled but wanted to share
Large crock pot
1 boston butt
½ cup butter
½ cup worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon tonyÂ’s seasoning
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
3-5 tablespoons Louisiana hot sauce
1 ½ bottles of your favorite BBQ sauce
In a small pot combine butter, worchestershire and seasonings and bring to a slight boil for bout five minutes stirring occasionally , remove from heat. Use a flavor injector and inject the marinade you just made into the boston butt. Put the butt into the crock pot and if you have any marinade left over pure a little on the butt. Leave the crock pot on medium or high all night. The next day turn it off, drain all excess liquid, let cool for a while. Next, pull the bone out and shred the meat and put back in the crock pot along with BBQ sauce (if you want, it is really good without the BBQ sauce) and leave on low for about an hour. I thinks this is some of the best BBQ I have ever made. If you donÂ’t like it as spicy as I like leave out some of the hot sauce and pepper. I like to use Jack Dainels hickory brown sugar BBQ sauce.
