i have a friend who has an o4 trail blazer and the headlights and dashlights flicker when driving down the road the only problem i have found is that it has a thermostat stuck open and making it run colder than it should I have yet to figure out a way to put the two together what could be the problem

Maybe something to do with the headlight switch or a ground.

Or a loose fuse.

thanks it was the computer running its check when it was started and they said it had to idle for 20 seconds or it would keep running the system check i told her to wait 20 seconds before she took off and it stoped
