This is my Ranger. Born in 2004. First 30.000km ~18641 at the Hungarian Oil Co., 10.000km~6213 at my cousin's wife (poor girl was happy when I bought it, and she got a Corolla Verso. lol)
I'm owner since April 2008. Now it has 68350 miles. It's a real worktruck, cause I'm owner in a little building co., and this my lonely car/truck... everthing)
little special from here: here in the truck's price there is 25% duty, and in the price of the diesel too. If you have co. and you buy a truck you get back the duty, and if you fuel your co.truck you can get back the 25% duty from the diesel price too. But it's not business it's just the minimum to survive here. The gas price in this week is 320 Huf/liter that's $6,72/gallon:sneaky2Smile

Of course this is brother of the MazdaB2500 (here 2,5td is the engine that's why.)
So..the engine.
Old school diesel. Not too strong (109hp, 260nm~192ft/lbf), it hasn't too good mpg (19,6mpg). But won't conk out. Maybe never. Nothing commonrail, nothing variable turbo or high pressure pump. Inside just a little IHI turbo (IHI...wrx sti :cheese1Smile, 4 cylinder, 3 valve/cylinder, and a little IC)
When i changed the stock tires (235/70r15), the 31' killed the horses, so i needed a little more power.
I didn't need chiptuning, I waited some month the complete new ecu. I caught and now I have a rewrited ecu. It's 134hp and 236ft/lbf. Not a dragster but enjoyable to drive. With the new ecu sometimes the smoke was big with acceleration. I picked up the turbo press (not too complicated if you have IHI...just 2 spacer. It was 0,6 bar and now 0.9 is the max. Less smoke, nothing else.
When we were stock:

What rear axle is that? A nine inch?
Thank you for the interest!

I don't know exactly. Very difficult to find anything about the thai, cause the google is finding in 99% the north american type. And you have B2500 too, it's similar name like the B2500 diesel Mazda that's why it can't help. The thai sites are...hm little stranges.
I know just it's a Dana Banjo Type. Have to see the "knurl" of diff.shaft to identify. After 2006 it has Dana44 it's cert.

Here is the engine:

(when he is sleeping, cummins in his dreams, but originaly it's mazda product)

And a little smoky. It's an old pic, now the smoke is less.

Hm, a simple cab Hilux. maybe the one and only, but very rare in Hungary. The guy have some problem, he can't find bed cover, bed lner..rare.

Back to axle:
Originaly I had LSD. It was too light, I needed any locker. I tried to find Detriot Locker, Truetrac, anything I send letter to the EATON. They were correct, and answered. To the thai, there is nothing just the ARB. Thanks..it's $1500 here, plus the air technic. That's why I hunted a cheaper thing. I found a guy here, who can fabricate locker into any solid axle. With all all technic it was 555 in $. It's not ARB, nothing big brand. All thing is noname, but it's work. 8 or 10 trip in a year it's enough for me.
original with cutting head:

I hope you can see:
I didn't need to drill the house of diff, that's why this strange resolution:

1. the lesser blue pneu is the air pipe of the locker, now it's in place of snifter (sorry i don't know what's name, you know the gas valve of differential)
2. the bigger blue pneu is thepipe of the snifer, but it's in place of the topmost bolt of suport (house of differential). This pneu is going up high among the cab and the bed.
sorry the pic isn't too good. Nothing extra, but air in, gas out, no drill. I like it.

rock sliders, bumper...
here are the rock sliders pics:
3 short pipe to fix. In these pipes there are 3 flat iron. This was the first joint and the pipe just the second.
Had to cut a window on the short pipes, (and after closed again), cause I haven't got body lift, and the rocker panel is too low.

I haven't got pics, but of course not just a simple weld the short pipe is inside of bigger pipe.
Guys, I'm not a naive european. I know I can't show any cool, awesome or mark an era thing. I just need to show, there are some crazy on the other side of the world. Right?Bigwink

so, the bumper:

I had a problem. I couldnt fix the ends of the bumper, cause I didn't need to cut down or cut around the the bed (like Res's Nissan) That's why in my bumper is double pipe in some place. It was needful to brace.
We just cut down the sheet of the license plate.
